Color Septiembre KdS

Buenos días!

Hoy podéis ver en el blog de KdS la interpretación del color de Septiembre por parte del equipo de diseño! No os lo perdáis: Hay layouts, Art Journals,  Tarjetas, Project Life...

Aquí os dejo mi aportación:

     Creo que voy a alargar el verano bastante más gracias a las fotos de vacaciones! :D

El papel de fondo es de ColorConspiracy, el amarillo troquelado de Hampton Art, algún scrap de SC, Dear Lizzy y partes del Kit Esencial de Agosto.

Aquí tenéis la plantilla. De qué manera os inspiran los colores? A mí desde un campo de trigo, hasta el fondo del mar, como un día en la playa...

Equipo de diseño de Kits de Somni!

Buenos días a todos!

Leyendo el título de este post, os podéis imaginar las ganas que tenía de contároslo! :D
Desde este septiembre empiezo a formar parte del Equipo de Diseño de Kits de Somni! Estoy absolutamente feliz de empezar esta nueva aventura en KDS! Sólo os comento que el día que me lo comunicaron no pude dormir de la emoción! Martu Alterada a tope! ;)
Hay unas nuevas incorporaciones de lujo (mirad, mirad...) , gente a la cual ya he tenido el placer de conocer en algún taller o visitando sus blogs. Me encanta empezar este nuevo reto junto a ellas y junto a las ya existentes diseñadoras. Mucha gente 10 y muchas maestras ;)

Conocí a Kits de Somni navegando por internet más o menos cuando descubrí el scrap y enseguida me engancharon los kits y los tutoriales que colgaban para que tú misma pudieras sacarle todo el jugo a tu material. El primer kit que compré fue un Project súper mix media con el que "guarreé" a gusto :D y me inspiró para que probara yo misma y me lanzara a la piscina... 

Y aquí estoy ahora.

No puedo estar más agradecida, alucinada y feliz.

Espero poderos inspirar tanto como me inspiraron a mí.

Pronto os enseñaré los nuevos proyectos. Mientras tanto, os dejo la revista de este mes, llena de kits fabulosos, ideas e inspiración. 

Me encantan todos... pero he de confesar que me muero por el Project Life Kit. :P

Good morning!

You can guess how excited I am just reading the post titlle... I am super thrilled to announce that I am part of  Kits de Somni Design Team! How cool is that?

I am beyond happy and excited to start this adventure with KDS and what is more, to create side by side with the new and the current amazing team. Just check it. There is many people that I already knew in some workshops and some others by checking their blogs. Great people and great mentors ;)

I discovered Kits de Somni more or less at the same time I discovered Scrapbooking. I bought a Project, super mix media, and I enjoyed a lot getting dirty with my hands. The tutorial that came along with the kit, pushed me to try by myself and be fearless...

Now I am here.

I can't be more grateful, astonished and happy.

I hope I can inspire you , the same way they made for me.

Soon I will show you the new projects, but for the moment I leave you with the new magazine of the month, full of Kits, Ideas and inspiration.

I love all the kits but I don't know why I have a crush with the Project Life Kit ;)

Project Life:: W26-W27

Buenos días!
Espero que estéis pasando una buena semana. Aquí el tiempo está siendo más fresquito y la inspiración está viniendo a mí de nuevo! Gracias musa! :D
De momento, os traigo un par de semanas del Project Life que hice en vacaciones. Sólo puedo decir... que disfruté con locura!

Semana del 24 al 30 de Junio

Para estos días tenía muchas anotaciones apuntadas en mi libreta PL (algún día os la enseñaré) cosas que habían pasado, frases, emociones... Eso hizo que fuera mucho más fácil ponerlo todo en orden- sobretodo si vas por detrás! :S -
He utilizado el Project Life Kit de SC y material mio.

Esta semana, estaba de vacaciones y además tenía varias cosas que contar. Así que añadí un "insert" . Cogí un plástico protector,  lo corté por la mitad y luego lo cosí por el borde para que las tarjetas no se cayeran.

Así queda con la mini página pasada. En el otro lado, me apetecía hacer un bolsillo donde se viera el otro lado. Así que añadí un tag y una letra de acetato de Crate Paper y cosí por encima. La V me recuerda que estaba de Vacaciones :D (no es de victoria, pero todo se andará! :P)

Me gusta cómo me ha quedado el el diseño en general de esta semana por el color y un poco la paz que me transmite. Además varias de las tarjetas está muy personalizadas y creo que le he dado un toque muy mio! jes Podéis ver algunos detalles debajo.

Semana del 1 al 7 de Julio

Mucha actividad... Es la clase de semanas donde me plateo si no sería mejor el formato grande... Pero de momento, aquí continúo! Al acabar la semana anterior dejé suelto el tag y la letra porque sabía que pondría algo en el otro lado. Así pude poner el número de la semana y la chapa. Y coser por encima.

Tarjetas de SC y material mio. 

Aquí tenéis un poco más en detalle la página de la izquierda. La chapa es de Kelly Purkey... Y las empanadillas de mi madre! :D Nyam!

Debajo de la foto de arriba a la derecha de la segunda página, puse otra foto del mismo momento con un tab encima para poderla sacar fácilmente y sobretodo recordar que hay algo debajo! Puse dos fotos, porque básicamente no me podía decidir por una! Me gustaba mucho haber captado ese momento de atención de mis dos amigas. Parece que habláramos de algo serio y todo!
Como detalle, en la foto de arriba se ve una flechita que señala un marco. Me di cuenta de que salíamos reflejados en el espejo la otra parte de la mesa. :D

I hope you are having a nice week. We are having here some cooler days and that is afeccting (positively) my inspiration. Thanks muse for coming back! :D
For the moment, I bring you two weeks of my Project Life, that I made during my vacactions. It was super fun putting the spread together.
Week from the 24th to the 30th June: I had a lot of notes for this week and  there was a lot of things that I wanted to tell. This makes the process a lot easier.

I made an insert trimming one page protector in half and then sewing it all through the edge.
I think this week spread convey calm... I enjoyed a lot personalizing the cards. You can see some details in the photo collage too.
Week from the 1st to the 7th July: I had a lot of things going on here and I wondered if it wasn't better to switch to the bigger format... For the moment, I stay here. :D
Some highlights:: You can see the see-through pocket is sew up. This way it is attached to the page protector keeping all the things in place.
On the second page, on the top right; I hid another photo behind. I couldn't decide on which one to show, so I attached a tab to the second photo and I slided it inside. Problem solved!
Just a little detail: there was a mirror in front of us and I snaped that photo capturing altogher there.

Cluedo Party :: Plantilla Agosto KDS

Buenos días (y buen regreso a la realidad también!)
Espero que hayáis pasado un buen agosto allá donde hayáis estado! :D Habéis podido ser creativas? Habéis scrapeado like crazy?
Yo lo he intentado pero me ha parecido que en ocasiones, luchaba contra los elementos... (Elemento calor, básicamente :D)
Por suerte, ha habido momentos donde la cosa fluía... y en una de estas ocasiones, aproveché para inspirarme con la plantilla del mes de Agosto de Kits de Somni

En cuanto vi la plantilla, me pareció que tenía que ser un 8.5 x 11'' y como nunca había hecho ninguno en este formato, fue aún más desafiante.

Me gusta la cantidad de capas que hay en este layout. Y el hecho de haber trabajado cómodamente con un estampado tan vintage.  

El layout y la mayoría de elementos de la página acompañan el tema que fue una cena/rol de época sorpresa en la que había una trama y yo tenía que averiguar quién era el asesino. :D
Puede ser más divertido?! Una suerte contar con amigos tan creativos y generosos :*

Como pequeño detalle... La pluma que llevo en la mano en esta foto, es la pluma de este layout.

Hi there and happy routine comeback! ^^'

I hope you have had a nice summer whererver you have been and whatever you've been doing! Did you get creative? Did you scrap like crazy?

That was my idea but I found it really hard to fight against the hot summer days. Fortunately, I had some moments where everything flowed and I sized them! :D
In one of those occasions, I worked on Kits de Somni August sketch. As soon, as I saw the sketch I thought it had to be a 8.5 x 11 inches layout and I started to work from there. It was my first time with this format and it was a little challenging. I love how the elements of the page help to tell the story of the photo. It was a suprise period dinner where I had to find out who was the murderer. How cool is that? :D I am lucky to have such a creative and generous friends! :*

And finally, just one last detail: The feather I am holding in the photo is the feather of this layout.

Mini Álbum:: Depedida

Buenos días veraniegos!
En este pequeño paréntesis vacacional os quería enseñar este mini álbum que hice para despedir a un compañero de trabajo... y también, amigo. No voy a explayarme en lo que nos duele a todos decirle adiós... pero sí voy a focalizar en el Mini que le dedicamos Isa y yo :D
Como ella teje, tuvimos la idea de mezclar creaciones suyas dentro del álbum de scrap para que fuera un regalo que tuviera la esencia de sus dos compañeras de batalla del día a día.

Intenté que el álbum tuviera un aire más masculino de lo que suelo hacer habitualmente. Y como veréis en algunas páginas lo conseguí, pero en otras no! :D

Detalle de algunos marquitos que hizo mi amiga para las fotos.

Algunos espacios aún estaban en blanco cuando fotografié para que Isa añadiera su texto.

El día que se lo dimos, llevé la Instax con la idea de hacernos la última foto juntos y guardarla en el bolsillito que creé especificamente para esto al final del álbum.

Me encanta la cara que puso cuando se lo dimos y la ilusión genuina que le hizo...

No tiene precio :)

Hi there on this beautiful summer morning!

I wanted to interrupt this holiday break to show you this minibook I made for a friend of mine we waved goodbye at work. He left to another country and Isa and I, her colleagues, decided to made this present for him. Isa works with yarn and make crochet so we unied our hobbies to make the minibook.
I tried to compose an album more masculine but... I just didn't make it on some (lot of) pages! :D
You can see the yarn details made by my friend all over the minialbum.

The day we gave him the present, I brought the Instax camera with me and I took the last photo together. The photo could be placed inside the pocket I made on the backcover.

I loved the face and the genuine thrill he shown when he saw the minibook. That has no price.
