LO:: quiet place

Ahí va mi primer layout que lo llaman. No había hecho ninguno desde que hice el curso de iniciación a scrapbooking allá por mayo del 2011...
Muy inspirado en Annia-Maria Wolniak y en las chicas de I Lowe scrap :]
Me he tenido que contener mucho para no llenar toda la página de detalles o de color! 
Pero este es el aspecto que buscaba.

I have had to control myself a lot not to saturate the page with lot of embellisments or colour!
But this is the look I was searching for.

Adoro este papel de I Lowe Scrap que simula madera. Es tendencia este año entre las marcas de scrap, pero de entre todas, creo que este es el que más me chifla! :)___
I love this ILS wood looking paper. It is a trend this year but I think this is the one I like the most among all brands. :)__

Respecto a la página... El resultado me parece un poco sosín... No lo puedo evitar! jaja Pero bueno, a poco a poco iré encontrando mi estilo!

Album:: Cap d'any 2011

Por fin terminé el álbum de la fiesta de fin de año! ^^' xD Es lo que tiene hacer mil cosas a la vez. 
Se nota el tiempo que ha pasado por la diferencia de estilos desde la primera página hasta el final. 
Finally I ended up my New year's album! ^^' xD This is me, making a lot of things at the same time and so, this is what happen :D
You can see this lapse of time in the different styles of each page.

7 Dots Studio new collections!

Soy muy fan de esta marca... irremediablemente! 
Han sacado sus dos nuevas colecciones y me encantan, pero tengo que decir que Domestic Goddess me tiene totalmente atrapada! <3
Tiene ese estilo romantico-grungy sello de Finnabair. "White Apron", "Rasperry pudding", " Ah, whatever" no sé cual de las páginas me parece más inspiradora con esos tonos otoñales perfectos para después de vacaciones.  Además viene con hojas collage vintage que serán una pasada para los Art Journals! Aix... :D
No hay que olvidarse que además el gramaje del papel es de 250gr, lo que permite jugar con mixed media!

Además están de sorteo. Pásate por el blog! :)

Art Journal :: Diferencias y +

Una página de Art Journal sobre una frase que me hizo reflexionar estos días. La frase la he adaptado a mí pero en el libro venía más o menos así: "Tenemos tendencia a buscar las diferencias que hay entre nosotros en vez de buscar lo que nos une"
An art journal page about a fragment of a book I was reading, that made me think about. It goes like this more or less: We tend to focus on the differences between each other instead of focusing on what unite us"

Una página en proceso, gracias a un tutorial de Czekoczyna. Fue bastante entretenido hacerla a pesar de que yo no tengo pinturas Shimmerz. En mi caso, utilicé pinturas acrílicas de Aladine. De las que venden en bastantes papelerías. Tenían el toque vivo y metalizado que necesitaba. :) uhuu!
A page in process, thanks to Czekocyna's tutorial. It was funny to make it despite of I have not Shimmerz paints. I used acrylic paint Aladine. They sell it in stationer shops here in Barcelona. These paints had that vivid and metallic finish that I needed. :) uhuu

Y por último una página que surgió de la tinta que me sobraba de una plantilla que había utilizado en otra página. Lo típico de estampar el negativo para aprovecharlo todo! jaja
Pues le eché glimmer mist y la tinta reaccionó creando los "goterones" y el efecto acuarela...
Añadí la frase y le hice una foto porque me encantó tal cual estaba y sabía que si avanzaba y seguía echando agua podría desvanecerse todo... Y así fue :D
Queda muy poco de lo que veis. ^^' Otro día volveré a intentarlo!

And finally this page that emerged from a letfover. The ink of the negative of a stencil that I used in anolther Art Journal.
I sprayed glimmer mist and the ink reacted making these "leaks" and the watercolour effect...
I added the quote and took the photo. I loved it that way and I knew if I kept it adding water I could ruined all... And that is exactly what happened. :D
There is almost nothing of what you can see in the picture. ^^' I will try it again some time!

Game of thrones :: Handmade Map!

La semana pasada estuve bastante ocupada creando un mapa de un juego de mesa para la fiesta de inauguración temática de una amiga.
Me imagino que el libro/la serie os sonará: Juego de Tronos :]
Una semana de reuniones, dormir poco, risas, creatividad y amistad.

I spent last week being very busy creating a map for a game. 3 friends and I were creating a game for the flat warming party of one of them.
I suppose you know which book/tv series I am talking about: Game of Thrones. :]
A week full of meetings, very few sleeping time, laughs, creativity and friendship.

Ha sido realmente divertido tanto hacer el tablero como el juego en general con mis amigas. Lástima que al final no pudiéramos jugar demasiado pero otra ocasión habrá! El Invierno se acerca! :D
I enjoyed a lot creating the map and the game with my girl friends. We could not played too much, sadly, but I know we will soon!. Winter is coming! :D

Lo mejor los sellos que me regaló Roser.  No nos pudieron ir mejor! ;)
The best were the stamps Roser gave me as a present some time ago. They could not match better than they did!!;)

Es algo que me hizo sentir muy feliz, además, teniendo en cuenta que yo me contentaba con acabar la página...
Estoy muuy agradecida!

I have to recognize I love the style of the blog and its DT members'... and also their products! I adore I lowe Scrap  and SODAlicious paper! They cause me a madness-compulsive buyer thing arrgh! ^^
