Project Life:: Mayo Tres

El retorno! Después de 2 semanas de break en el blog!

Tal y como comenté en la última entrada, sigo un poco desmotivada con el scrap, cosa que ha hecho que me desmotive a la vez sobre el blog y su contenido.

Este agosto (en cuanto a crear se refiere) he estado principalmente, siguiendo el reto de Olya, como ya comenté y dedicándome al Photoshop. Con el cual he hecho grandes avances! Esto es un gran hurra para mí. Ya que hace un tiempo cuando empecé, jamás pensé que llegara a hacer las cosas que he hecho! Estoy hablando de tarjetas Project Life! Y algunas, he de decirlo: me gustan mucho! ^^

Me callo ya :P y os dejo con la última semana de Mayo. Ésta es la última semana que tenía hecha antes de empezar el #letscatchuponprojectlife 

He utilizado un par de tarjetas de Inspire Lovely,  dos de Studio Calico y una de Midnight edition.

Remarcable semana en que me rebané el dedo cortando verduras con una mandolina y eso es precisamente lo que cuenta esa tarjeta tan mona con el tul. De ahí que en el mini How To el texto esté difuminado para no herir sensibilidades! :D

Lo que hice fue coger un trocito de tul de un kit de Studio Calico, enrollar la tarjeta con él y grapar el final a la misma tarjeta en uno de los lados. Dentro, metí el journaling que escribí previamente con la máquina de escribir en un papel.
Me encanta el tul! Lo habéis scrapeado alguna vez? Yo lo había utilizado en mini albums (aquí y aquí, el primer mini que hice!) pero nunca en PL, creo!

The comeback. Two weeks break here! That is more than I expected. I explained some of the reasons here and I must say I still haven't found the motivation I used to have.  I am not really in the mood to scrapbook. It is not that I am not inspired, i is just that I don't want to do it.
I know that I do not want to abandon Project Life though.
As I told you, I have been doing #letscatchuponprojectlife, Olya's challenge. And I have been also learning quite a lot with Photoshop! That is a big hurray for me beacuse I never thought I could achieve what I am doing now. I have made some Project Life cards and I have to say I like a lot some of them! Yay!
This PL spread is the last one I made before I started the catch up. I used 2 Inspire Lovely cards, 2 Studio Calico cards and 1 from Midnight edition.
That was a remarkable week when I sliced my finger cutting some veggies. That is precisely what is stated on that cute card with the tulle. This is why I blurred part of the text. It is a bit gore! :D I do not want faints over here! :) 
To make that super simple card I used a piece of tulle that came in a Studio Calico kit. I wrapped the tulle around the card and I stapled the end to the card. Finally, I slided the journaling inside.
I love tulle. I have already used it in Mini albums (here and here my first mini album ever!) but never on PL spreads before. And you? Have you used it? Feel free to leave some examples if you did.
I think is a gorgeous fabric but it is quite difficult to make it look exactly the way you want!
